Please use the form below to apply to have a stall at the Tunbridge Wells Climate and Nature Fair, to be held as part of the Tunbridge Wells Literary Festival, from 10:00 - 17:00 on Sunday the 3rd of May 2026 at Calverley Grounds. 

 

• Food/drink vendors will have the option to have a stall for the 3 days (2nd - 4th of May) that the Fair/Lit Fest is taking over Calverley Grounds.
• Other appropriate stallholders will have the option to have a stall on Sunday and Monday (Family Day).
• Any stall set up on site must be manned for the day.

 

Stallholders requesting a 3m x 3m or larger pitch must provide their own gazebo.

 

The deadline for applications is the 8th of April. Applications will be reviewed as they come in, with a final review in mid-April. You are advised to get your application in as early as possible.

 

If your application is successful and a fee is required:

• Bank account details to pay your booking deposit will be sent to you by email
• Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene Registration documents and Personal Licences should be sent to stalls@twcan.org.uk as soon as possible and no later than 14 days before the Fair.

Fees for commercial stallholders:

2m x 1m table - £50

3m x 3m pitch - £100

3m x 6m pitch - £200

6m x 6m pitch - £400

 

Fees for caterers :

Sunday only - £50 (TW CAN Fair)

Saturday, Sunday & Monday - £100  (TW CAN Fair and Lit Fest)
