Please use the form below to apply to have a stall at the Tunbridge Wells Climate and Nature Fair, to be held 10:00 - 17:00 on Saturday the 13th of September 2025 at Calverley Grounds. Applications will be reviewed as they come in, with a final review in August. You are advised to get your application in as early as possible.

 

Priority will be given to applicants with strong green credentials and those who are willing to be sponsors of the Fair. See details about sponsorship here. Priority will also be given to those not requiring electrical power for their pitch. Stallholders will not be permitted to use their own generators.

 

If your application is successful and a fee is required:

  • bank account details to pay your booking deposit will be sent to you by email

  • Risk Assessments, Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene Registration documents and Personal Licences should be sent to stalls@twcan.org.uk as soon as possible.

  • 2m x 1m table - £50
  • 3m x 3m pitch - £100
  • 3m x 6m pitch - £200
  • 6m x 6m pitch - £400
