FAQs

 

How much is entry to the Fair?

The Fair is non-ticketed and completely free entry.

 

What time does the Fair begin and end?

The Fair runs from 10am until 5pm

 

Can I bring a picnic?

Please feel free to bring your own picnic and any refreshments. Alcoholic drinks are permitted within reason.

No tables, tents, gazebos, parasols, umbrellas, pop-up structures, naked flames, BBQs, gas stoves, candles, corkscrews or knives are allowed. Please use non-breakable cups/glasses where possible.

We ask you to ensure you put all rubbish in the park bins and take everything away with you at the end of the day.

 

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, well behaved dogs are very welcome!

 

Is there parking available?

There are a number of public pay & display car parks around the centre of Tunbridge Wells, including Great Hall Car Park next to Calverley Grounds and the larger Torrington Car Park on the far side of Tunbridge Wells mainline station.

 

What if it's raining?

The climate may be changing but one thing that remains the same is the unpredictability of the British weather! In the unlikely event of the weather presenting a hazard and a risk to safety, any decision to cancel the Fair will be taken by 4pm on the Friday. Please follow our social media pages for all up to date information.

 

Will the Fair be filmed or photographed?

Any filming or photography of individuals will only done with consent. Visitors attending the Fair should be aware that there will be general filming and/or photography and the resulting content publicly disseminated across a range of media (including social media) for promotional purposes.
